  • 3 to 4 ml Polar Bear Vodka
  • 15 ml Monin simple syrup
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml soda
  • 3 raspberries
  • 2.5 grams of sugar
  • Crushed ice

How?

  1. 1. Muddle the lime juice, syrup, raspberries and sugar in a low cocktail glass or tumbler
  2. 2. Add the crushed ice, soda and vodka
  3. 3. Mix everything together carefully
  4. 4. Garnish with a lime wheel, an edible flower and a straw
