The best way to welcome spring is with a cocktail party. Celebrate trading the cold weather with the warm and enjoy the blossoming season. Spring cocktails are usually lighter drinks with fruity flavors and bursts of color. We have taken the time to collect the best cocktail recipes so that you can relax and enjoy the sun. To lift your cocktails to the next level, check to see if you have any colorful decorations that you can use in the cocktail glasses! For example, fun straws, garnishing or maybe a little umbrella in the drink to fit the weather.

The first cocktail we have selected is the April rain vodka martini. This cocktail embodies spring with its vibrant colors and refreshing flavors. While it is a variation on the classic vodka martini, it has a dryer taste which makes it more refreshing.

  • 60 ml Polar Bear Vodka
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15 ml dry vermouth
  • Lime peel
  • Type of glass: martini

This is how you make it

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the vodka, lime juice and the dry vermouth.
  3. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass
  4. Garnish with the lime peel.

This cocktail puts regular lemonade to a shame. It is the perfect spring cocktail with its floral twist and it is easy to drink, ideal for a party! The lavender gives the drink complexity while still maintaining that well known lemonade taste. When made in batch, the boozy lavender lemonade can be stored for a few days so you can be done with the party prep and enjoy the gorgeous weather.

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 5 ml lavender simple syrup
  • 30 ml Polar Bear Vodka
  • Club soda
  • Lavender and lime peel for garnish
  • Type of glass: highball

This is how you make it:
