Ingredients

  • 20 ml Vodka Polar Bear
  • 2 scoops of lemon sorbet ice cream or lemon yogurt ice cream
  • 40 ml prosecco

How?

  1. Take the blender and add 2 scoops of lemon ice cream into the blender
  2. Add the vodka and prosecco to the blender. Blend until an airy and foamy whole is formed
  3. Keep blending until a nice liquid whole forms
  4. Do a taste test with a straw to check whether the taste and texture is right. It should have a full texture of the ice cream with a light fizz of the prosecco. The vodka will add extra body to the cocktail
  5. Pour the cocktail into the chilled glass. Garnish with an elegant lemon curl or lemon slice
