- 35 ml Vodka Polar Bear
- 15 ml Passoã passionfruit liqueur
- 10 ml rich vanilla syrup
- 2 ripe passion fruit
- Ice cubes
- Prosecco to top up glass, plus 50 ml extra to serve
How?
- Put the vodka, passionfruit liqueur, syrup and pulp from 1 passion fruit in a shaker with ice
- Shake well and strain into the glass
- Top up with prosecco
- Serve the 50 ml prosecco in a small glass for on the side
- Let half a passionfruit float in the glass as garnishing
